I'm worried about a comprehensive acne problem.

I have a lot of red, painful pimples, and some are even smaller than whiteheads. They're usually worse on my forehead and cheeks, and I'm in my 30s.

I never knew adult acne could be this severe and last this long. What treatment can I get to get rid of it? Please help.
