What is the best treatment for acne scars?

Does anyone know anything about acne scars? I'm a guy and I have a few. So, I'm a bit concerned about them. ㅠㅠ

Maybe it's because I have a hasty personality, but when I get acne, I can't stand it and just squeeze it with my hands, which causes scars. I keep repeating this process, so I think I'm getting more acne scars.
