Please recommend a treatment to fill in the acne scars.

I'm looking into acne scar management because I have pitted scars from incorrectly squeezing acne from long ago. Unlike regular blemishes, pitted acne scars don't resolve quickly, so I'm determined. Which method is more effective for acne scar management—acupuncture or Fraxel laser? And how long should I expect to experience pain and recovery? I'm also curious whether consistent acne scar management will truly restore my skin to its former smoothness, or if there are limitations. Beyond treatments, I'd also like to know if home regenerative creams or ampoules can actually help with acne scar management. I've struggled with acne scars for a lifetime, and I want to be able to confidently go about my life with a bare face. Please advise and recommend any treatments. I want to effectively manage my acne scars and feel reborn.
