Please recommend a highly satisfying pore care treatment!

I never had acne when I was younger, but now that I'm over thirty, I'm getting it. I'm not exactly sure if it's acne or what, but I get breakouts quite often. I suspect it's because I haven't been taking good care of my pores, so I'd appreciate some recommendations! Please recommend a pore care treatment that you've been satisfied with. My skin is thin and on the sensitive side! I would be incredibly grateful if someone with similar skin could share their reviews and experiences. It would also be a huge help to this dermatologist novice if you could let me know the price and frequency of treatments!
