I would like to inquire about a treatment for small bumps on my forehead.

I am writing to inquire because I am persistently getting small, whitehead-like pimples on my forehead. They don't show up well in photos, but they feel bumpy to the touch. They aren't the type that pop or swell up when squeezed, but it is bothering me. It affects my face generally, but my forehead is the worst. I consistently follow my cleansing routine and basic skincare routine, but small pimples keep appearing repeatedly on my forehead, and recently, the number seems to have increased. Rather than red, inflamed acne, most of them appear as bumpy skin surfaces.

I am wondering which treatment is suitable for my current skin condition.
