I would like to inquire about the cost and duration of adult acne treatment.

I'm in my mid-30s, and lately, I keep getting acne on my chin and around my mouth. It's a bit surprising since I never even got it when I was a student, haha.
I wonder if it's because I haven't been getting enough sleep due to being busy with work. I've tried applying ointment from the pharmacy, but whenever one flares up, another one pops up elsewhere, so I'm planning to get proper acne treatment this time.
I’m wondering how many weeks it usually takes to see improvement with acne treatment, and if I need to go once a week. I hardly have any time on weekdays, so I think I can only go on Saturdays; I’m not sure if that will be okay.
I am also wondering if I can shave immediately after the procedure.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know if the process is the same for men's skin and roughly how much the acne treatment costs per session.
