Inquiry about additional treatments other than nasolabial fold filler

I've had wrinkles on my arms since my 20s.

I've been concerned about my nasolabial folds since I was in my 40s, so I've been getting domestic filler injections every 6 months. I've had them 3 times now. At first, I was like, "Wow~~" and was amazed at how they filled in right away.

After filler, the skin softens again and wrinkles appear.

Please recommend additional treatments that are good to use with fillers.
