Is it okay to get square jaw Botox in my 40s?

I have a large, angular jaw with well-developed jaw muscles, so my lower face generally looks wide. I received square jaw Botox a few times in the past; while I was very satisfied because it was effective for my jaw muscles, the area below my cheekbones gradually sank with each injection. I stopped the treatments because the sunken area below my cheekbones turned my face into a peanut shape, and it has been about 10 years since I last got square jaw Botox. However, as I have aged and my face has started to sag slightly, my lower face looks puffier and my jaw muscles have become more developed. I am considering getting square jaw Botox again, but I am hesitant because I have heard that getting it in your 40s can cause the skin to sag even more. I heard that the skin sags more as the jaw muscles shrink. Is it possible to get the effects of square jaw Botox without the hollowing under the cheekbones or skin sagging?
