This is my first time getting square jaw Botox. How many units should I get?!

Hello!! I'm looking into square jaw Botox for the first time haha.
I've been looking at photos from company events and a friend's wedding lately, and I was shocked because my profile looked so angular.
Perhaps because I have a habit of clenching my teeth, when I touch the angular part of my jaw below my ears, the muscles feel hard and protruding.
I have a few questions!
1. How many units do you usually get hit the first time?
2. When the effects start to appear and how long they last
3. Is there a case where the cheeks look sunken or the smile looks awkward after being hit?
Also, I have a bit of fat under my chin, so I'm wondering if my lines might become cleaner if I combine it with a lifting treatment like Shurink Universe later on!
