I'm bothered by the uneven texture of my chin. Can Botox naturally smooth it out?

I realized it for the first time recently when I took a close look at my chin while taking photos lol
I usually didn't think much of it, but when I close my mouth or tense my facial expressions slightly, I can feel the skin on the tip of my chin is bumpy.
At first, I thought my skin texture had just gotten worse, but after looking it up, I found out that it can look that way if you tense your chin muscles too much, so I started looking into Botox.
I think I have a habit of keeping my mouth tightly closed.
Sometimes I feel like my jaw is tensed even when I have a blank expression, and when I close my mouth to take a picture, the tip of my chin looks even more bumpy, which is subtly bothering me.
In this case, could getting chin Botox slightly reduce the feeling of tension and make the skin look less bumpy?
I don't want to drastically change the shape of my jaw itself; I just want to reduce the feeling that I look like I'm straining when I make facial expressions.
However, since the tip of the chin moves a lot when speaking or smiling, I am worried that getting Botox might make my mouth movements look awkward.
I am also curious if using a small amount and adjusting it naturally will not significantly affect my usual facial expressions.
I also want to know if I see changes immediately after the procedure, or if I will feel less tension in my chin after a few days.
Even when the effect wears off, does it not return to normal suddenly, but rather gradually regain its strength?
