How many days should I avoid hard foods after getting square jaw Botox?
I'm more curious about daily life after getting the jawline Botox than the injection itself, haha.
I usually like foods that take a long time to chew, like squid and nuts, and I tend to chew gum often, so I think I use my jaw muscles quite a lot. Come to think of it, I wonder if that's why my lower face looks firmer haha.
After getting square jaw Botox, how many days should I avoid foods that put a lot of strain on my jaw like this?
I am wondering if I only need to be careful on the day itself, or if many people reduce their intake of tough foods or gum for the first week or so.
I'm a little worried that chewing a lot like usual right after getting Botox might affect the effect.
On the other hand, I would also like to know if I can continue my usual diet without needing to be too careful.
Also, after getting square jaw Botox, is it possible to feel like I need to use less force on my jaw than usual when chewing?
I'm also curious if you feel a slight difference starting from when the effects kick in, after feeling fine for the first few days.
I don't want to lose strength to the point where it makes eating uncomfortable, but I think it would be good if my jaw didn't stick out stiffly like before when I clench my teeth.
I am also wondering if it is better to avoid exercise or saunas on the day of the procedure.
I tend to exercise frequently, so I would like to know if I only need to rest on the day I get jawline Botox, or if it is better to avoid intense exercise for a few days.
For those of you who have received square jaw Botox multiple times, to what extent did you pay attention to your diet or exercise after the procedure?
I'm also curious if you started out being cautious but eventually developed your own routine.

- 01CommentsYour question about wanting to verify actual movement rather than repeating it every month is very specific. During the consultation, it would be helpful to first confirm whether the same approach is appropriate for the eye and nasolabial fold areas, and to receive guidance on recording methods for comparison under the same lighting and facial expressions. It would also make planning easier if you asked if you can receive a follow-up consultation without booking a next procedure, and inquired about the cost for that as well.310026.10.21

- 02CommentsIf you notice changes in specific areas after two months, it would be helpful to organize the previous treatment dates, products, and dosages and consult with a doctor. Rather than simply following the treatment intervals of others, it would be better to explain your skin condition and concerns about tolerance to establish criteria for deciding on the next treatment.560026.10.16
