Is wrinkle Botox recommended for office workers?

I’ve developed a habit of furrowing my brow, perhaps because I stare at the monitor for so long while working at the office.

At some point, I started to worry about the wrinkles on my forehead and between my eyebrows, so I am looking into wrinkle Botox.

As a working professional, it is difficult for me to make time on weekdays. Does the wrinkle Botox procedure tend to take a long time?

I am wondering if it is okay to get the procedure done during my lunch break or after work. Can I resume my daily activities immediately after the procedure?

Also, since this is my first time getting wrinkle Botox, I'm curious about how effective it is and how often I usually need to get it again!

I'm thinking of improving it to make it look natural because I'm worried that if I get hit too hard, my facial expression might look awkward.

If any office workers have received wrinkle Botox, please let me know about your actual satisfaction and how long the effects lasted.
