I am considering wrinkle Botox treatment. What is the recommended re-treatment interval?
Recently, fine lines have started appearing one by one between my eyebrows and on my forehead, and I am concerned because they seem to deepen whenever I make facial expressions. I am worried that if I leave them untreated, the wrinkles will become even more deeply ingrained, so I am looking into wrinkle Botox treatments to tighten the facial muscles.
Since this is my first time getting a dermatological procedure, I am currently in the research phase. I have heard that wrinkle Botox is not a one-time treatment but requires regular injections to maintain its effects. I am wondering how many months is typically the optimal interval for wrinkle Botox to maintain its most natural and aesthetically pleasing results.
I have heard that receiving injections too frequently at very short intervals can lead to tolerance, so I would like to know the general treatment cycle that allows for safe injections without the risk of developing tolerance. I am also curious whether it is better to strictly adhere to a fixed cycle, such as every 3 or 6 months, or if I should wait until muscle movement returns before getting injections.
If there are any of you who regularly receive wrinkle Botox treatments at Maypure for skin care, I would appreciate it if you could share your honest advice regarding your maintenance cycle and tips. I hope you have a wonderful day.

- 02CommentsThe cycle doesn't vary much from person to person, but using specific facial expression muscles a lot does shorten the cycle a bit.160026.10.20

- 02CommentsIf you notice changes in specific areas after two months, it would be helpful to organize the previous treatment dates, products, and dosages and consult with a doctor. Rather than simply following the treatment intervals of others, it would be better to explain your skin condition and concerns about tolerance to establish criteria for deciding on the next treatment.470026.10.16
- 03CommentsIt would be helpful if you could first check whether neck wrinkles are discussed in the same way as facial fine lines.
