How can I check my previous treatment information and emergency contact methods during a filler consultation?

I would like general guidance on how much of my previous treatment history needs to be reviewed when preparing for a filler consultation. This question is not based on actual treatment experience; I would like to know how the items to be checked differ depending on whether it is a first-time consultation or if I have a history of treatments at other places.

If there are any inaccuracies in the records regarding product name, treatment date, site, or usage amount, what documents should I prepare? I would also like to know the criteria for conducting additional verification or a medical consultation first, rather than proceeding immediately when information is insufficient. I would like to be guided not only on the desired shape but also on areas where application is difficult due to my current condition and on alternative solutions.

I would also like to inquire if, during the consultation phase, you distinguish between common temporary swelling and changes that require immediate contact with the hospital. I would also like to know if the post-procedure instructions include contact methods for weekdays and holidays, a channel for sending photos, and cases where an in-person visit is necessary. Rather than comparing costs or usage, what questions should I organize first so that I can make a decision after understanding the pre-procedure verification and post-procedure response procedures?
