Is forehead filler recommended only for people with a completely sunken forehead?

I'm asking because I'm not even sure if I need forehead fillers.

Anyone can tell my forehead isn't particularly sunken, but when I take photos, the middle part looks a bit flat, and I feel like the overall look lacks a rounded appearance.

I didn't really care when I had my bangs down, but since I recently started sweeping my hair back, the shape of my forehead suddenly caught my eye lol.

Is forehead filler recommended only for those with really severe hollowing?

Or I am wondering if there are cases where people get forehead fillers for a natural look even if their forehead line feels a bit flat, like mine.

I don't want to create a lot of volume; it would be enough if the lines looked a little softer in the side profile or in photos.

I am also curious if, during the consultation, they first assess the current shape of the forehead and the overall facial proportions to explain whether forehead fillers are necessary.

Rather than just blindly following what others are doing, I want to know if it's really necessary for my face haha.

Can the recommendation for forehead fillers vary depending on factors such as face shape or brow bone shape?

I want a natural result, so I think it's better not to do it if there's even the slightest possibility that it might look excessive.

I am also wondering if it is okay to discuss just the design first, rather than deciding on the procedure right away during the initial consultation.

For those of you who started forehead fillers because your forehead looked flat in photos, even though it wasn't as severely sunken as mine, how satisfied were you?

Now that I've received it, the difference is smaller than I expected, but I'm curious if it made the overall impression look softer.
