Does skin Botox have an effect on the fine lines on the cheeks that appear when smiling?

I don't really mind it when I have a neutral expression, but I feel like several fine wrinkles form around my cheeks when I smile or make facial expressions, so I am looking into skin Botox.

It might be a natural change that comes with aging, but on days when my skin is dry, my wrinkles seem to stand out a little more. I don't necessarily want to get rid of deep wrinkles; I just wish my skin wouldn't look too greasy when I smile.

Can I expect skin Botox to be effective despite these concerns?

I am curious if Skin Botox is a procedure considered for fine wrinkles that appear when making facial expressions. I would also like to know the difference from general expression wrinkle Botox, and if there are any specific precautions to take when treating areas that move significantly with facial expressions, such as the cheeks.

I am also concerned about whether getting skin Botox might change my smile or the movement around my mouth.

Maintaining a natural expression when smiling is the most important thing for me, so I would like to have a thorough consultation first to determine if the procedure is suitable for me. If a different method of care is more appropriate depending on my skin condition, I would like to compare them before making a decision.
