How long does the effect of skin Botox last?

Hello. I am a woman in my late 20s who is concerned because my pores have become very enlarged lately. I heard that getting skin Botox in a situation like this can tighten and smooth out the skin.
However, I originally avoided getting Botox—not just skin Botox—because I felt the effects wouldn't last long. I was worried that once the effect wore off, the results would just return and I would only develop resistance.
Lately, however, I’ve been thinking that since skin care is about maintenance rather than a complete cure, it might be a good idea to try Skin Botox. So, I’m curious: how long does the effect of Skin Botox last, and is it unlikely to develop resistance? I’d love to hear reviews from those who have already tried it!
