It’s not like I’ve gained weight, but the area under my ears and jaw looked bulging and swollen, making my lower face look wide and my jawline look dull in photos. It was always stressful for me ㅠㅠ. Before the procedure, the doctor meticulously felt the salivary gland areas under my ears and jaw with their hands to carefully design the location and dosage. Since they applied plenty of ice packs during the injection, it was over in a flash—except for a slight stinging sensation and a bit of soreness—so it was very comfortable.
About 3 to 4 weeks after getting the injection, it was truly amazing how the bulge under my ears completely subsided, making my lower face line look much slimmer and sharper!
