Can someone tell me how to make my face whiter...!?

As the title says, I need a way to whiten my face ㅠㅠ

Even though I put on sunscreen and went out this summer, the sunlight was so strong that it even covered my arms.

It was so old that it looked tacky.

So I tried using a whitening ampoule to try to fix it, but it was just okay.

I'm wondering if it's hard to turn back dark skin once it's darkened, and how to make your face whiter.

I don't know much about procedures or cosmetics, so I don't know what to do.
