Is there a way to tighten pores more effectively?

These days, my pores are so visible and enlarged, which is a huge problem. I've been taking good care of my skin, but I guess aging just can't help it. I'm also seeing blackheads in my pores, and I'm really worried about them, so I want to know a proper way to shrink them.

I've been looking for ways to tighten pores, but what if using specific products or changing my washing routine doesn't seem to help?

I worry a lot about my pores getting bigger every time I look in the mirror.
