Is plastic surgery the only answer for old acne scars?

Since I didn't pay much attention to my skin, I can see some acne scars.

It's not like I'm terribly worried or worried about it right now.

But I think it would be better if it was a red skirt with no acne scars and a clean look.

Of course, what's bigger than acne scars is the acne itself.

Anyway, it seems like the only way to hide acne scars is through plastic surgery.

If not, what dermatological procedures can be used to cover or erase them?
