Please recommend a good treatment or home care method for acne management!

I'm worried because my acne is getting worse. I keep getting acne around my chin and cheeks, especially, and it's not easy to manage. I wash my face thoroughly and try to control my diet, but there hasn't been much change. I'm wondering whether I should get dermatological treatment for my acne or make more lifestyle changes. I'm worried that my acne will recur and scar, and I want my skin to be clear like it used to be. Please recommend any good treatments or home care methods for acne management!
