Are there any good treatments for skin pigmentation? ㅠㅠ I've been really worried about the severe pigmentation on my face lately. Especially during the summer, I've developed dark brown spots on my forehead, where it was exposed to UV rays. I've tried using whitening creams and vitamin C ampoules consistently, but there hasn't been much change. In fact, my skin has become more sensitive and I've even developed breakouts. The hospital recommended laser treatment, but I'm worried about the effectiveness and side effects, so I'm having a hard time deciding.
