How to get rid of whiteheads

I've been having a lot of whiteheads lately, and I'm worried. Maybe it's because of the seasonal change, but my skin is dry, but my nose and forehead are oily, so I'm getting these little bumps. Is there a good way to get rid of them? Can I improve them with exfoliation or home care products, or should I get extraction or laser treatment at a dermatologist?
