I've been worried because I've been producing a lot of sebum on my face latelyㅠㅠ Especially around my forehead and nose, my skin gets shiny in the afternoon, so my makeup comes off quickly, and my pores seem to be getting bigger, so I'm worried🥺
So I tried a few different sebum management methods, but even with thorough cleansing, it didn't make much of a difference. I even tried a pack that was supposed to be good for sebum management, but it only had a temporary effect, so I wasn't sure if I could use it consistently.
I looked it up and it seems like daily habits like cleansing, moisturizing, and even eating habits are all important for sebum management. How do you actually manage it?
