아침 세안을 미온수로 하는 건 좋운데 수건에 얼굴 닦을 때마다 찝찝하지 않을까 걱정되어 언제부턴가 아침앤 약하게 세정하려고 노력하고 있어요...
Today, I'm going to write an informative article about a cleansing method that suits me`~~^^
Washing your face is always the most annoying but essential thing to do. Washing your face is the beginning and the end of skin care. But you don't wash your face just for fun, right?
I'm dividing my morning and evening like this, and after looking around, I think the experts' opinions are good..^^;;
First, wash your face in the morning!
Wash your face gently with lukewarm water. I don't use cleansing foam, as the oil produced overnight acts as a protective barrier for the skin.
Second, wash your face at night!
1) First, apply makeup and sunscreen: Gently roll with a mildly acidic oil cleanser, then emulsify and rinse thoroughly. (No need for a sticky feeling!)
2) Secondary Removal: Use a mildly acidic gel/foam cleanser. Lather up a generous amount in your palms and apply to your face to minimize irritation. Keep washing time to a minimum of one minute!
Third, remove moisture!
Never rub with a towel, but pat it in to absorb it, or use a clean kitchen towel for hygiene.
Fourth, the key is to let go!
Too much of anything is bad, right? I've heard it's better to minimize your skin's comfort level than to apply too much, so I'm practicing that. After washing, I immediately remove moisture and gently wipe my skin with a toner pad containing soothing ingredients (like purslane and Houttuynia cordata). This also moisturizes and aids in the absorption of the next step. (Overly irritating exfoliating pads are not recommended!)
For now, I'm sticking to this routine. If you have any other skin-friendly methods or dermatological treatments other than the cleansing routine I follow, please let me know.
