How many times should I exfoliate to prepare for winter?

The weather is getting colder.
I can feel my skin getting rougher as the weather gets colder.
I think I exfoliated a bit more often in the summer.
But I think winter should be a little different from summer.
What should I do?
Would it be better to just do it once a week?
The one I use is very mild and hypoallergenic.
I wonder if it would be okay to exfoliate more often.
About twice a week

I'm also curious about what exfoliating products you guys use.
The only famous product I know of is Primera ^^
