I'm worried about pustular acne.

Something has come up on my face and is filling with pus. I suspect it's pustular acne. It leaves a red, bumpy mark, and when the pus bursts out to clean my face, I have no choice but to squeeze it, but it hurts so much... Is that how pustular acne is?

Anyway, I've got a few marks like that. They should go away after a few days, but I'm worried that if they happen too often, they'll remain.

Because of the wound, I am very careful when washing my face.

How should I manage pustular acne?
