Do you know how to exfoliate sensitive skin?

hello!

I am a woman in my early 30s with sensitive, thin, white skin.

I usually think of my skin type as thin, dry, sensitive, and prone to redness.

I don't usually exfoliate.

Maybe it's because it's drier in winter

Or maybe I need to exfoliate, but my makeup still comes off ㅜㅜ

So if anyone knows how to exfoliate sensitive skin, please let me know~!

I don't use any home care exfoliating scrubs on my body/skin at all.

For my skin, I only get it done occasionally when I go to an aesthetic salon (I don't know much about it) haha
