Will pore laser work?

I'm worried about my enlarged pores. I can even see blackheads. After doing some pore care, I realized the size of my pores was a concern. After cleansing my face and cleaning my pores, they seem to have shrunk somewhat, but their depth is what's most concerning.

I've heard of a procedure called pore laser. How effective is it? Since it's a laser treatment, is it likely to cause some irritation? Can it also address deep pores?
