I'd like to learn about laser hair removal. If it doesn't permanently remove hair, what specific effects does it have?

And is it true that laser hair removal slows down hair growth?

I was interested in armpit hair removal, but I'm also secretly interested in philtrum hair removal. Is it possible to remove philtrum hair with laser?

This is secretly stressful, and I wish there was a way to permanently stop hair growth. I always feel regretful.
