How to get rid of blackheads: which is better, hospital treatment or home care?

Recently, I was looking for ways to get rid of blackheads and found out about both hospital treatments and home care.
I heard that dermatologists often perform treatments such as aqua peel, sebum removal treatment, and pore laser.
Some say that the effects are minimal after one or two sessions, and some say that you have to use it consistently to see any noticeable results, so I'm a bit hesitant.

I've been using a co-pack or scrub, but it feels like my pores have gotten bigger.
So these days, I'm trying out methods to get rid of blackheads, such as dissolving them with cleansing oil or exfoliating them with BHA or AHA ingredients.
It's definitely less irritating than before, but I'm not satisfied because the effects don't last long.

I looked into hospital procedures and found that many places provide soothing care after aqua peel or blackhead extraction.
Redness and pain vary from person to person, and I'm worried because I've also heard that it relapses quickly.
I'm curious about the duration and effectiveness of the treatment for blackheads that has been performed.

Is there a realistic way to keep your skin clean and less irritated?
