My skin is suffering a lot these days due to dryness and seasonal changes.
Well... these days, I've been trying to create my own skin health routine.
First of all, I eat a lot of vegetables, fiber, and drink a lot of water as a basic rule.
- My routine at home is to thoroughly wash my face, then apply skincare products in this order: skin toner -> essence -> eye cream -> cream. In the morning, I apply a generous amount of moisturizing cream, and in the evening, I mix a drop of oil into the last step of my basic skincare routine and apply it. I also make sure to use a moisturizing mask every three days! That's all I do.
- For dermatological treatments, I'm routinely receiving LDM as my base. I'm considering adding a skin booster (water glow injection) to enhance the results.
