Relieve fatigue and make your skin firm by taking a hot and cold bath in the bathhouse~

I went to the bathhouse and took a proper hot and cold bath for the first time in a while. First, I was in the warm water, and my body began to loosen up. My stiff muscles felt relaxed, and my fatigue seemed to ease, so I stayed for a long time. After my body was fully warmed, I immediately jumped into the cold water. It was a little jarring at first, but I quickly got used to it. By constantly alternating between hot and cold water, my body felt lighter and more refreshed.

 

I can feel my skin improving, too. When I'm in warm water, my face gets a little red, but once I cool it down with cold water, the redness quickly subsides. As my skin temperature stabilizes, my skin feels smoother and my pores look slightly smaller. My face looks calmer and clearer than when I just washed my face. It also feels like my circulation has improved.

 

Overall, I felt refreshed and my skin felt refreshed after just a few hot and cold baths. Even a regular bath was effective. I recommend it for the chilly fall weather.
