Consistent care: Is 'wrinkle improvement cream' really enough?
I do my skincare routine thoroughly every night after washing my face, but I feel frustrated because I feel like wrinkle improvement cream alone is not enough to address the deep wrinkles that have already formed.
Of course, consistent care is important for prevention, but fading wrinkles that have already formed seems to be a different matter.
I've been following a routine of applying only a light moisturizing cream in the morning, followed by a functional essence and a generous application of anti-wrinkle cream in the evening for six months. However, I haven't yet noticed any dramatic changes.
Could the order or amount of application be the issue? Or would massage or using a tool while applying the cream help increase its effectiveness?
Some people say that you should add professional care, such as using a sheet mask before going to bed or using a high-frequency massager 2-3 times a week.
I'm wondering if simply using a good wrinkle-improving cream consistently will yield sufficient results. Or could lifestyle changes, such as improved eating habits or better sleep, provide more fundamental help in improving wrinkles? I'd love to hear practical advice and experiences from wrinkle management experts.
