How to care for your skin during the changing seasons

  • Enhanced moisturizing

    • Use a layer of moisturizing serum + rich cream → Helps moisturize and strengthen the skin barrier

    • Good moisturizing ingredients include hyaluronic acid, ceramide, and squalane.

  • Cleansing control

    • Use a cream or oil-based cleanser rather than a foam cleanser → Do not remove too much of the skin's natural oils

    • Don't wash your face too often or with hot water → Use lukewarm water + a short wash is better

  • Gentle exfoliation

    • It is recommended to use a chemical exfoliator (AHA, PHA, etc.) once or twice a week.

  • UV protection is essential

    • Lips and hands are especially prone to dryness, so apply lip balm and hand cream frequently.

    • At night, add moisture with a nourishing cream or oil.

  • Lifestyle habits are also important

    • Drink plenty of water → Replenish moisture within the skin

    • Avoid irritating clothing (rough materials) and use soft cloths → Reduce skin friction

    • Stress management and adequate sleep also help maintain the skin barrier.
