I'm taking vitamins and probiotics for my skin. Honestly, I don't know if I've really noticed a difference, but I think it'll make a difference if I take them consistently. I've tried various things that are said to be good for the skin, but I don't have the time or the hassle to do them consistently. I try to take them diligently for about two weeks at first, but then I quickly lose interest or forget to do them. But since I can just take nutritional supplements, I've maintained the habit of taking them for over five years. Haha. What do other people think?
