💧💧Sharing how to drink water (2 liters/day)??

As autumn deepens and indoor heating is added, dryness continues.
I think it's time to drink plenty of water
I'm uploading a reference article.

 

💧💧물마시는 방법 공유합니다 (2리터/일)??

 

1. Check the recommended daily amount, determine and confirm the exact amount your body needs, calculate the recommended amount: Weight (kg) × 0.03 (L)
      ex) 60Kg*0.03= 1.8 liters->1.8 liters is the daily intake including rice, soup, fruit, etc.
Check if you are getting enough: Check if your urine color is pale yellow/colorless (if it is dark, you need to increase your intake).


2. Timing of drinking: Maximize absorption and maintenance efficiency by drinking small amounts frequently rather than a lot at once. Key timing:
1. Immediately after waking up: Replenish moisture and activate metabolism.
2. Before meals: Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals to prevent overeating.
3. Before and after exercise: Replenish water considering sweat loss.
4. 2 hours before bedtime: Consume small amounts to minimize sleep disruption.


3. Water temperature: Choose a temperature that reduces the burden on the intestines and increases absorption.
Normal: Drink room temperature or lukewarm water (reduces intestinal burden, increases absorption rate).
Exception: When you sweat a lot, drink cold water (absorbs quickly).


4. Create an environment where drinking water becomes a habit and is easily accessible.
Make it a habit: Place your personal water bottle in a visible place.
Use the tool: Set up regular reminders.


5. Be careful of diuretic effects and take action when consuming drinks that induce water loss.
Drinks to watch out for: Caffeinated beverages (coffee, green tea, etc.) promote diuresis.
Coping: When consuming this beverage, supplement with at least twice the amount of pure water.
