Please recommend a lip balm~

My lips have been really chapped lately. I used to use Nivea's blue lip balm, but it's lightweight and non-sticky, which I like, but I feel like it lacks moisturizing power. Does anyone know of a lip balm that moisturizes well and isn't sticky? I'd also like one that's reasonably priced. Cosmetics are so expensive these days.
