Maybe it's because it's winter, but my skin is more sensitive.
With the weather getting colder these days, I can definitely feel my skin becoming more sensitive. Just washing my face makes it feel tight, and even after applying multiple layers of foundation, it still feels dry all day. It's hard to tell if this is simply due to the season or if my skin barrier is actually damaged, which is what's worrying me.
I've tried switching to a different moisturizer and using a milder cleanser, but it hasn't made much of a difference. I'm wondering if my lifestyle isn't helping, or if it's appropriate to get some treatment during the winter.
Common dermatological procedures include Rejuran, water glow injections, and skin boosters. I'd like to know, from a general perspective, whether these treatments actually help strengthen the skin barrier. I'm also curious about whether the results are immediately noticeable, and how much redness and downtime there is.
I would like to ask for advice on what treatments I should consider when my skin becomes very sensitive in the winter, and if they are more effective when combined with lifestyle management.
