사랑합니다 고객님 ꈍ◡ꈍ 과자는 대부분 밀가루, 기름에 튀겨져 성분 자체가 좋지는 않기에, 피부 트러블 생기는 요인 중 하나가 될 수도 있습니다. 가끔 드시는 건 괜찮으시지만 자주 드시는건 피부에 좋지 않을 수 있어 조절 해주시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 감사합니다.
These days, I'm so stressed out from work that I eat a bag of snacks every day after work and then go to bed. But suddenly, I've started getting a ton of breakouts on my forehead and chin...ㅠㅠ My skin wasn't that sensitive to begin with, but sugar and flour are definitely bad for me. I think it's my eating habits, but it's so hard to quit snacks. Sob. Has anyone found a way to clear up their skin by completely cutting them out? I'm curious to see how effective it is. I'm also going to try to cut down from today, but is it really because of the snacks? I feel so upset every time I look in the mirror.
