I'm thinking about getting a face lift because my face looks more saggy as I lose weight.

I've been dieting and losing weight recently, but my face looks even more sunken. I've even heard that my cheeks are hollow and my jawline is sagging, making me look more tired than before. So I'm looking into facial lifting, but there are so many options that I'm having trouble deciding. Just searching the internet reveals a vast array of facial lifting procedures, including thread lifting, shrinking, Ulthera, and Inmode.

 

I consulted with a hospital, and they said that for sudden weight loss, a laser-based face lift might be more natural than thread lifting. Conversely, for areas with significant loss of elasticity, they said thread lifting might be combined with other procedures. After hearing the explanation, I understand the pros and cons of each, but the problem is, I'm not sure which approach fits my facial condition better.

 

Looking at online reviews, some people swear by the effects of a face lift, while others say they barely notice a difference. It's even more confusing. I'm particularly curious about the pain, the extent of bruising and swelling after the procedure, and whether I can immediately resume my daily routine. For those who have experienced a sudden loss of elasticity after dieting, it would be helpful if you could share your experiences with facial lifting. I prefer a more natural lift, rather than an overly obvious procedure.
