But why is it that dryness and elasticity are especially bad in the winter?

I'm in my 40s, so I can definitely see a huge difference compared to my younger sisters.

This is a routine that I try to keep.

Cleanse with lukewarm water and press to absorb rather than wiping with a towel.

Increase moisture binding capacity with hyaluronic acid products.

I also use a skin booster to replenish moisture. I recently finished my third session of Shining and am planning to do my fourth session early next year. There is definitely a difference between the Exevil Exo Ampoule and the treatment.

Drink more than 2 liters of water a day in winter.

Heater space self-restraint: Operate only under your feet in the car

Celebrities are also banned from using heaters.
