I want to get my moles removed

hello.
I had mole removal done in high school. But I didn't wash my face properly, so my face just got covered up. It didn't turn out well.

As time passed, I gave birth, and freckles and spots increased. In particular, there are a lot of small spots on the side of my nose and chin. They can't be hidden even with makeup, and they seem to get darker as time goes by.

I'm thinking about getting the mole removed at a hospital.

• What kind of treatment method is used? In the past, it was done with a laser.

• Whether it leaves scars or white spots,
