These days, my skin is getting more dry and sensitive, so I'm focusing on a routine to protect my skin barrier.
In the morning, I gently wash my face with a mildly acidic cleanser and gently press an alcohol-free, soothing toner into my skin. Then, I keep my skincare routine as simple as possible, focusing on serums and moisturizing creams containing ceramides or panthenol. Even in the evening, I avoid double cleansing and use only gentle products, taking a break from exfoliants and retinol. I definitely feel like being gentle on my skin helps restore its barrier.
Now that my skin barrier is a bit better, I'm going to try the procedure!
