My skin barrier-protecting routine

These days, my skin is getting more dry and sensitive, so I'm focusing on a routine to protect my skin barrier.

 

In the morning, I gently wash my face with a mildly acidic cleanser and gently press an alcohol-free, soothing toner into my skin. Then, I keep my skincare routine as simple as possible, focusing on serums and moisturizing creams containing ceramides or panthenol. Even in the evening, I avoid double cleansing and use only gentle products, taking a break from exfoliants and retinol. I definitely feel like being gentle on my skin helps restore its barrier.

 

Now that my skin barrier is a bit better, I'm going to try the procedure!

    피부에 뭘 너무 많이 하는 것도 안좋은거 같아요..
    가끔씩 쉬어주되 꾸준한 나만의 루틴은 지켜주는게 최고인듯요.

    저도 요즘 피부장벽 살려보려 노력 중인데 심플하게 기본만 케어해주는게 도움 되겠네요. 근데 선크림 바르니 이중세안 안하기가 힘들더라고요. 세안할 때 최대한 자극 안가게 해봐야겠어요
