After recently getting laser treatment, my skin feels more sensitive and dry than usual.

At the hospital, I was told to moisturize and use sunscreen regularly, but I'm not sure what products I should use at home. I'm also curious about when I can start washing my face as usual and how much regenerative cream I should apply. It would also be helpful if you could share how to deal with redness or breakouts.
