Do you have any habits that you consistently follow to maintain skin elasticity? I don't have any special habits, but I just practice small things in my daily life.
ㆍTake antioxidants
ㆍDo strength training at least twice a week
Maintain good posture and look up at the sky often.
ㆍReduce sugar intake
It's about this much. It's a little bit, lol. They say sugar is really bad for skin elasticity, so not eating sweets is the hardest part. Also, I often sit with my neck and shoulders hunched and my head down for long periods of time, and they say that this causes the scalp to sag toward the face. I'm trying to consciously straighten my back and neck and maintain good posture.
I'm curious what other people do specifically to maintain skin elasticity. If you have any good tips, please share them.
