How should I use cosmetics?

I'm a man who hates bothersome things, so I just apply one all-in-one product after washing my face.

My skin has been feeling tight and flaky lately, so I think I need to start applying it properly. My skin is a bit oily, but it feels tight on the inside.

Are there any men's products that are non-sticky yet still provide significant hydration? I'm wondering if it's better to add an essence or moisturizer in addition to a toner or lotion, or if I just use one, should I choose one with high-quality ingredients?
