How do you manage skin elasticity?

It's already the end of the year.

Maybe it's because I'm about to turn another year older, but whenever I look in the mirror these days, I often think that my skin isn't as elastic as it used to be.

I haven't lost much weight, but my jawline has become more sagging, and my cheeks feel a bit saggy. In the past, if I slept enough, my skin would come alive, but these days, that resilience seems to have diminished. I'm paying attention to basic skincare and trying elasticity creams and massages, but I haven't noticed any significant changes. People around me have been talking a lot about lifting and elasticity treatments, so I'm thinking about looking into them. If anyone is good at maintaining skin elasticity, please share any effective home care methods or experience with procedures.
