Wash your face properly!

Today, I'll give you some simple tips on how to properly wash your face, which can be considered the first step in skin care.^^

 

If your skin condition doesn't improve even after applying layers of expensive functional cosmetics, I recommend checking your daily cleansing habits.

 

Surprisingly, many people believe that they need to wash their face until it feels 'squeaky clean' to be clean, but in fact, this is a dangerous habit that weakens the skin barrier by destroying the minimum oil layer that protects the skin.

 

To maintain healthy skin, you should use a mildly acidic cleanser with a pH level similar to that of your skin to minimize irritation.

 

Also, the water temperature should be lukewarm, similar to body temperature, which is ideal. Water that's too hot can overly dilate pores and strip moisture away, while water that's too cold can't properly wash away impurities.

 

If your face feels extremely tight after washing, check to see if your cleanser is too strong. Instead of rubbing your face vigorously, try creating a generous lather and gently rolling it with your hands. I believe even small changes can significantly improve your skin condition.
